I'm trying to move gear along to buy my friend's Fender 1966 Princeton. I was broke the last time he offered it to me. It sat a while, is all original (speaker, tubes, transformers, two prong cord), the tolex ifs in great shape, and sounds immaculate.

This would be my at home noodling amp as I use my Weber/JJ equipped '65 DRRI @ church.

Hope I can land the amp this time because it's rare for vintage gear lightning to strike the same moron (me) twice.

Sound like it's meant to be, and you know what I mean. Once you acquire it, a 3 prong cord is "meant to be" as well.

If I land it, it's definitely going to get a checkup with my local amp tech/guru. I want to make sure the caps and everything else is healthy.

Delete your duplicate thread. There is an "X" in the lower left section of your post, beside the exclamation point. Click it before someone responds.
