So I was driving to Hamilton, MT yesterday and stopped at a yard sale at a storage unit place. Found one of these with the 6v6 power tubes. Walked off with it for $70.00. When I got it back to the house, I gave it the once over and fired it up. Pretty good sounding little amp. It has an after market speaker of some sort. Can't tell because all of the labels are gone off of the speaker. It has a pretty good size magnet and large voice coil, looks real similar to an eminence of some sort..

Ordered some new grill material and found a Fender Logo with a tail for it...
It is missing the back board at the bottom, probably an easy fix..

I paired it with my 68 Custom Twin Reverb in stereo and man it really cranks up the mids in that setup...

MB...Nice score, especially for the price! Just a heads up these cabs will take a Champ chassis perfectly and with a nice speaker selection makes some sweet tones.

The speaker does appear to be a Eminance and might be original as these where the stock speakers they came with these amps.

Good luck and enjoy the amp!

I hit that thing with an OCD and a Carbon Copy and it wails by itself...
Sounds good with my Fulldrive 2 also...

I am thinking a Cannabis Rex might do it good though....

That would be a solid speaker choice. Nothing like pushing a couple 6V6 power tubes hard through a good 12!
