I am almost finished building a speaker cabinet for my 66 Bandmaster head but am having trouble finding chrome corners to fit. The cabinet edges are all 1/2 inch radius.
I tried the 2-screw Ernie ball corners but they didn't fit. I would prefer fender corners but I'm not sure which will fit.
Has anyone replaced the corners and if so what type.
Thanks

Did you use 3/4" planks for the case? That's the only lumber that Fender's corners will correctly fit. And they require a 3/8" radius.

Thanks for your response.
I did use 3/4 pine and made a 1/2" radius all around (that's the radius on my 66 bandmaster).
I did get the Ernie Ball corners to fit. I realized after posting the message that all I had to do was countersunk some holes where the corners will go ( also a little reforming of the corners with a rubber mallet). That brought the corners nice and flush. Sometimes just telling someone what your stuck on, the answer comes to you.

Again Thanks

Yes, the vintage corners require counter-sinking the holes for the mounting screws......
