You'll be fine. The higher voltage rating is actually better for modern times since wall-socket voltages are seven to eight percent higher now than when your amp was built. And the higher first-stage value will tighten up the amp's bottom end a skosh.

No problems with any good tube rectifier and that 525VDC rated cap can. Your amp prolly has the 5U4GB. If you need a new one, I recommend US made NOS. They are plentiful and at reasonable prices. Any US brand is good. Black plates tend to last longer.

I've used 525VDC rated CE cans for awhile, now. No problems, so far. They seem to last. Very good product.
