Got lucky rebuilding my '55 Valco(3-5 Watt ?) and re-cabbing it. That little fella had it's fuse removed and was hot wired, by some previous owner. Still have the original trannies in there. With some 50yr old-seasoned pine and my brutish woodworking skills, the amp is one of my favorites!!! It sports a Weber 10" alnico(8ohm) and another matching pine(Weber 10" alnico 8ohm) cab. So, for a $35 amp the effort was well worth it!!! But I didn't do it alone. Steve and Chris(from this forum), an old bandmate, and even my daughter helped me procure the sum of the parts. Guess it takes a village to really get some stone-soul music !!! Art
