Hmm. But my stamped chassis number is A736534 and my speaker serials are 328715 for both. All those numbers correlate to 1977 from what I found on the internet. The master is push/pull too. The output on speaker jacks says "100 watts rms" and I though I read that it is supposed to say 135 but I could be wrong.

Did they make non UL 77s as an option that year or something? Hmm. More googling in my future. Interesting mystery. Either amp sounds great. I'm just gonna leave it as is.

Also the is a faint large "1 7" stamped on the metal next to the serial num on the chassis on the far right side.

The UL Twin Reverb appeared at the very end of 1977, as a '78 model. The speaker-output jacks are marked "135 WATTS RMS" (though I've never personally seen one of these amps deliver more than 122 watts).

Huh. That all makes sense except for the pull on the master volume. Well either way she sounds great. Thanks for the information.

Christopher.

The push-pull feature on the MV control appeared around 1973. It was as worthless then as it is now.
