Post subject: Cleaning grill cloth

Hey guys, whats the best method for cleaning smoked up and/or just dirty grillcloth? Are ya'll removing it from the baffel board then soaking?.....whats your trick?

Without removing it from baffle I use baking soda in water and I use a soft rag . Rag come yellow (cigarets smoke) .After grill clothe is dry I use vacuum on it .

Remove the amp chassis and speakers then spray with Windex and wipe with a soft, clean rag. Rinse with warm water and repeat as necessary. If the soiled areas include the area where the logo is mounted, remove it as well prior to cleaning.

+1...I have used the technique Arjay describes on two different Bantam Bass Amp refurbs and it in fact does work great. Both came out great.
