My headphones sound only comes out one side when plugged into amp jack. Works OK when plugged in to my Mustang Amp.
Bought two adapters from RS one ring and two ring since female input is 1/4". Still no success. Otherwise the amp works OK.

Please advise. Thanks!

Easy ;

If your headphone work properly in other amp , your headphone may be OK IF you do many tests . Could be intermittent problem on headphone too .

Headphone OK = amp output jack problem ; contact inside broken , solder on printed circuit broken or if you are lucky contact is only "dirty" .

Plug / unplug 10 times to clean the contact , Contact cleaner may help .

If you don't have any skill with soldering iron , better to see a qualified tech .

+1

IIRC, those jacks are the plastic "pop-in" types that solder directly to the PCB inside. Problems with them are not chronic but they do eventually weaken and wear out with use.

I own a '96 Princeton Chorus, but never use it. It's packed away waiting for me to get it on CL or eBay. I've never had a problem using headphones, but the Stereo effect is limited to the Chorus section.

If you get no sound at all from one channel (side), then it's likely what others have described, the input jack.

But if you're looking for Stereo effect, realize that only the Chorus section is Stereo and you must activate it either w/ the footswitch or the Front Panel override switch - see Princeton Chorus Owner's Manual.

cheers!
