I found this Blackface Vibroverb for sale. It appears that the speaker code in this guy's amp is Oxford and not Jensen. Did they also come with a few 15 inch Oxfords back then? I found this amp for sale and it just doesn't line up. Maybe they were upgrades for stock amps.

Yes.

Oxford's "T" coil was rated for 40 watts (just as their 12T6's as used in a Twin Reverb) and that speaker's date code -- 33rd week of 1964 -- is consistent with the amp's vintage. Few blackface Vibroverb's were actually shipped with a JBL D130F; most were factory-equipped with the Oxford or an equivalent-rated ceramic CTS. Jensen's C15N may also be found in these amps.

Thanks. That cleared things up. I have one for sale and the guy told me it was an Oxford. I hooked it up to my red knob Twin and it works good. I told him it may be a little brittle because of it's age and will need reconing in the future. That scared him. I wanted to make sure it was a Vibroverb speaker because I'm still selling it. I found it in a Roland bass amp I think. Kinda random.

The Oxford's will be code-stamped 465-XXX, the Jensen's 220XXX, and the CTS's 137-XXX. The first "X" will be the last digit of the year in which the speaker was manufactured. The final two "XX" characters represent the week of that specific year.

I too have had oddball speakers show up in the weirdest of amps. But if one is familiar with EIA codes and how to decipher them, these drivers can usually be easily identified as either trash or treasure. I bought my '64 Vibroverb with a D130F already installed but I've always been curious as to what speaker it actually left Fullerton with.
