It would help to know the symptoms: Completely dead; low volume; distorted; noisy; pilot light working/not working; etc. Have you taken any measurements of the power supply? Fuse good? What have you done to troubleshoot the amp? You have given us nothing to go on.

The wires you circled in red are correct. Here is the schematic and wiring diagram. Check all the wiring. Its not that hard to trace.

My new '62

Your new amp, but not a new 62 tweed amp

What is the problem ??

It need good check up by a qualified tech . I write qualified

1- Replace 2 prong power cord by a 3 prong .
2- Filter caps jobs.

No, it doesn't need a checkup by a tech. It was given a thorough check up by qualified tech already.

I was told that the two prong cord was going to be changed to a 3 prong because of safety reasons. I didn't object to that, but I actually preferred keeping it as original as possible.

You write ;
" It do not need check ...It was given a trhough check ... " :?: :?:

Why it do not work ? Did you put the tube in wrong way when power ON first time ?
If yes , you could damaged something .

You did not know anything about tube amps ! How can we help you ?
You must know how to read voltage , test tubes, and you need a volmeter . Be carefull, tube amps have lethal voltage inside . Qualified person only .

3 prongs power cord . It is for your safety . Using 2 prongs could be very dangerous . Keep the 2 prog in safe location if you sell the amp but put a 3 prongs

Dont forget to check the fuse ,( sure it is good ) often people put the wrong one and could damage the amp .

Strato... The guys on this forum, including stratele52 are very knowledgable and have many many including me troubleshoot problems with their amps. You've given them virtually nothing to help you with other than it doesn't work, hard to diagnose the issue from a distance with that

Your attitude doesn't engender a spirit of cooperation and my guess is your French is far worse than stratele52's English. Good luck fixing your amp, guessing you won't get a lot of help here.

I asked you some very specific questions about your amp which you didn't bother to answer, plus provided you with a schematic and wiring diagram addressing the connection you circled in red. If you don't want to provide any more information, then there is nothing we can do to help you, so go ahead and give up.

But, to answer your question as to why your amp is not working, it clearly is broken.

Are you $!#34ing serious? I described to the best of my ability based on the knowledge that I have to explain what my amp was doing.

I'm sorry you didn't find whatever you were looking for in my answer. I never should have asked people here for help. My amp isn't fixed, but I already have a solution worked out. So no need for anyone's amateur opinion.

I think from now on people shouldn't be allowed to buy an amp or guitar unless they are an expert on that topic. If they know enough, they should be entitled to have that item for free. And if you have enough cash to buy whatever you wanted to in a music store, your money is no good unless you pass a test.
