If it doesn't have a power tube in the circuit...I'm not that interested

She was found at a store in Bryant Ark. Backstage GuitarGallery. It was a great find everything seems to be as she was built in 1971 I believe even the tubes which are RCA which you guys would know better then I but factory installed the amp sounds amazing with just a guitar no pedals.

A worthwhile and productive quest.

With routine care and a modicum of respect, she'll be good for another forty years.

Now that was some nice Amp Porn :!: A well chosen model, you took multiple shots inside and out, multiple positions, no distractions going on in the back ground...oh wait, I started to go off in another direction there, my bad. Again great looking amp and a sweet find!

Stay alert, Toronado......they're out there.

My '65 Princeton Reverb came to me via a Toyota salesman who told me his father had "a little, old Fender Reverb Amp" that he wanted to unload. The vague description revealed basically nothing so I asked him how long his dad had owned it. He replied "since before I was born" which it turned out to be 1981. This of course piqued my interest considerably, resulting in a visit to ascertain other details of the amp and, assuming it was something desirable, a price. It was in excellent cosmetic condition and the father was the second owner, having purchased it used in 1970 or 1971. And he refused to take a penny less than $625.

I nearly tore a hole in my trousers reaching for my checkbook!

As an aside, we did buy the brand-new Tacoma TRD pickup the son was showing us. There was a deal there as well but that's another story......

Don't know if the name stamped on the chassis is the person who wired it but I have a 72 BMR with his stamp and the wiring/soldering is done very neatly just like your 71 Deluxe.
Much moreso than other chassis I have seen from the same era.
Great find and enjoy!!!!
