Hey T2 I didn't try to call or e-mail the guy with the weird stuff, I'm guessing its an e-mail hunting operation, I get listings up here all the time that never answer inquiries and yet the item is still posted for weeks.

I'm guessing its spammers.

I did just buy this locally on C/L

Love to find a nice face plate for it to get the proper power switch in there !
Chassis straps are already on order and a three prong power cord too.

I'll send my scouts out to find you a faceplate, Chris.

Blues...yeah I think your right about the CL ad. Fricking Spammers.

As for your newest acquisition...sweet, should clean up nicely...too bad about the switch hole on front. Have seen a few faceplates for it from time to time on ebay...good luck with finding one, I'll make sure to keep and eye out for ya.

Have you cracked it open yet?

Yes I wish I had taken pictures, I'll be installing a three prong tomorrow
The circuit looks untouched !
except the power switch, the guy said he couldn't find the correct one so he
drilled it out.

DOOFUSSSSSS !!!!!!

Oh well I got it for a very reasonable price 8)
Thanks Arjay !
I'm betting a face plate will come up eventually, This isn't a flipper project, its MINE !!!
The replacement speaker doesn't look like much but it sure sounds good.
It had RCA's for Rectifier & Power and a Mullard 12AX7 in the pre amp
SWEET !!!!

Couldn't find one of those switches? You nailed that one...DOOOFUUSSS!

I am sure you'll take a few pics tomorrow when you change the cord? You know we love that amp inards porn!

RCA and Mullard tubes...BONUS!!!! That last Bantam I found had a nice matched set of RCA's in it along with the preamp tubes, I harvested those and will be replacing them with newer stock next week when I drop it off at my amp tech to rebias and give it a good once over before I put it up for sale or trade.
