dual showman reverb capacitor question i want to update the capacitors will a 22 UF 450 VDC be a good replacement for a 20 uf 500 vdc caps?

No. I would not use a 450VDC rated cap in this amp. A good 500VDC cap (like F&T) is minimum. 525VDC would be better.
