Greetings,

I would like to ask which Power Transformer is suitable for
Fender Silverface Twin Reverb (Master Volume) and where can I get it?

Any response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

If you don't want to spend lots of money , Hammond transformer , very good Canadian made.

See Antique Electronics ; very good service too.

Just outta curiosity... what caused the PT to go out in this amp? If this is the reason you are looking for a new one. Usually a major catastrophic event ---that takes out a lot of circuitry --- has to occur to fry a power tranny in one of these big Fenders.

I'd really look at the rectifier, power filters, output & bias sections --- as well as the grounding scheme before risking another PT.

That fuse shoulda saved the PT. Seems suspect, in my opinion.

It is a very good question and answer is needed to be sure to not burn the new PT
