You can check EBay for speakers. How much you spend on the speakers and how matched they are, depends on the condition of the amp and cab.

Have any photos?

Don't sell it unless you really need the money now. It will do nothing but go up in value and will most likely outpace inflation on average.

How was the leather applied over the tweed? Is the original tweed is ruined? It would be great if the leather wrap protected the tweed for the last 50 years. If the original tweed is good then the value will obviously be higher. Otherwise just keep the leather on there. At least it's relatively contemporary to the amp. I'm not an expert but I don't think the expense of retweeding would do much for the value.

Have you considered trying to find two period correct speakers and reconing the other two?

$60 to recone each speaker for an amp that sells for around $5K depending on condition is a bargain. If the tweed is badly damaged, the amp will still be worth a fair amount of money.

I'd just set the old speakers aside and drop in some new ones to play. Keep the old ones for resale purposes. Reconing is expensive and doesn't always work.

I just had my 1958 Princeton repaired. New speaker, tubes, caps, and all rewired. My father bought this amp for me when I was 10 and it sounds as good as it did when it was new. I`m thrilled to have it back and working again.
