If you looking for a tweed Tremolux........ this is at the local shop I frequent. Too big of an amp for my collection. Thought some others might be interested.

If you're willing to drive to C'ville, Ohio the cash and carry price might be more to your liking. Eliminates all the ebay and Paypal fees. (look under "Amplified Heat")

I saw the cab the other week. The shop had just got it back from getting the tinted lacquer done. It looks great. I have not been back to play through the amp.

Just to be clear..... there's no finder's fee and I have no relationship to the owner .... I am posting this knowing there are members that might be looking for an "affordable" Tweed Tremulox.

Patrick,

Looks pretty cool. Have to ask... did you take it for a test spin?

I have not. Tim (owner of C'ville Music) had just got the cab back from being lacquered. In fact, I though he just had the cabinet and not the amp itself. But I'll have to make a trip over to test drive the amp. But like I said.... its outside my collection range (Student - small wattage).

What's nice is Tim has really taken on the vintage (and used) market and is getting some nice things in the shop. I bought the Harvard from Tim, that ratty Gibson GA-5 Skylark, a 2001 Les Paul Jr, and my '38 Gibson L-00. He's open to horse-trading. Some of the stuff is from his own "collection" that he's decided to move.

'38 Gibson L-00 :!: :!: :!:

Must see pictures of this guitar! Bet that one is a tone monster. And may have cost a bit more than $25 (check ad in link). :D

Well - its heavily-stored, but yeah. Its a blast and sounds great. I horse traded a 2003 LP faded Special DC for it and some cash. The price reflected the restoration. Its a player not a collector. After I got it..... I didn't like the partial fret job the previous owner had done, so I had it re-fretted.
