I have a 1982 Rivera era Fender Superchamp that needs a new input jack. Does anyone know what the part number is and where I can find one. Thanks.

On a Super Champ schematic I see a part number for the input jack ; PN 025929

But IMO these part with this number are not avalaible . You can find a replacement for sure.

A photos of the jack and the inside of front panel will help

Stew Mac sell some it could fit IMO . You need a jack with isolate make circuit like W-SC-13 Some other with plastic housing could do the job too.

That's the part I talk about at Stew Mac . It's Switchcraft J 13

I know that it work and do the job like your old one as my schematic show. But like I write , send picture to be sure it will mechanicaly fit .

If you say it look the same , and you sure of that , buy it.

Guitar/ amp jack is not a rocket science, these jack are always available but not always with the name Fender or Marshall or Peavey print on the package.

Bracie,
You are right , J 13 E is the good one , contact is close when no guitar plug . J 13 is open with no guitar plug.

Close contact is needed to silent the amp when no guitar. And both jack have insulated switching circuit like the original Fender jack as my schematic show.

Sometimes a beginner who takes his time and thoughtful is better than "expert" who goes too fast.
