As what......as a makeshift cocktail table where he sets a drink while he pleads pathetically with a real guitarist for an autograph as the guy's band is taking a break?

The only "stage" our drama queen has ever been on is that amusement ride at Six Flags!

Aren't those Victoria Luggage Company covers? I was under the impression that they've been OOB, for some time.

No, MOST are from Hattrick on EBay or Custom Amp Covers in real life.
I tried some other amp covers, and for the money, CAC/Hattrick is great,
with the slanted control panel top, and 1/4" lined inside to absorb mosture.
One other company I liked in England, would not take an order of 15
with two being in need of custom measurments. To me, if I was in the
business, I'd want all of the custom orders I could get, because once you
have the correct measurments, your business can advertise that fact.
CAC/Hattrick took custom measurments for two, had the remaining thirteen made.
When they sent the fifteen, only one did not fit ~ the Twin Reverb II amp head.
After two more tries, it finally arrived today, but a day late for the photo shoot.

Anyway, I recommend CAC/Hattrick. Great service. Great product.
I do not know a thing about Tuki or D2F amp covers, but my
negotiated landed price was almost always less than half their prices.
I know others have lots of padding, but these from CAC/Hattrick are
rugged with the 1/4" inside lining.

The amp covers I most desired and wanted to have two or three freebees sent
so I could give them personal rugged on-site work-outs to:

Hope this helps. Toppscore :)

While we wait for more shots of amps... here's something kinda nice. Only thing is the tube seems to be EL34 style, not 6L6GC.

Gotta share with the non-vintage buddies.
It is that 1984 thing I must respect.
You know, Paul Rivera on this side of the line and Bruce Zinky on that side of the line

Topp, I must admit you are doing something I've never seen before on a Board. Peeling one or two covers off, at a time. Kinda like an amp striptease. :D

Be still my pounding heart!

Yeah. Don't let the blood rush to your head.
Or, follow the Viagra instructions and see a doctor if longer than four hours

A pity that those "brassieres" conceal nothing more than foam rubber.

Hey Folks!!! Can we let this infighting go down the drain? This is a public forum. Personal discussions aren't appropriate. Consider the young man or woman, viewing this forum. Would you ask a simple question, if it looked like you'd get your head cut-off? We are all responsible for this enviornment! Art

I'm with you Art but if you recall how all this began you can zero in on one poster as the root cause of all this flack. It was how this poster conducted himself that brought it on. If you look back at the first few threads he was in it was all good. Respect was given all around by all posters. Then he erred by creating a thread in this forum that should have been posted elsewhere and was told so by many. He decided to be the arrogant AH and get people riled up. I worked to help turn things around and it helped a little. But when you see through the veil of deceit laid down it becomes hard to be respectful anymore. It doesn't help his cause when he groups us all as a bunch of cranky old guys who don't want to let anyone play in our sandbox. THAT couldn't be further from the truth and everyone in here knows it. This is the most knowledgable and helpful group of people I have ever met online and for some jack to come in here and post in an intentionally aggravating way intended to incite controversy and then expect everyone to be nice to him well...

I send this out to all people who come here expecting some advice and good natured conversation about VINTAGE AMPS. You have come to the right place. There are a bunch of great fellas here who are welcoming and generous with their knowledge and expertise.
