Sweet, your BR setup looks identical to mine. I sit it atop a 212 GK Cab with one Celestion V30 and one 80's Pre Rola Celestion G1280. What speakers are you using?
Abe.

The 2x12 Ear Candy cab has some early eighties Fender branded Eminence speakers in it.
It had housed a red fand and a c-rex untill I got hard up for cash and had to swap em out.
Hey it happens !

I have a ceramic tonker waiting in the wings and a ????? to go with it, maybe another C-rex maybe a Weber ceramic 150

I just bought a non working baldwin organ yesterday that has what looks like a sweet 1960's jensen alnico (((Big Magnet))) ! hopefully its good.

Its only 10 am here (Chicago time) so I have yet to open her up, however at 3 to 3.5 with the master cranked, it spanked, chimed and all the other stuff fender vintage silverface amps do, Its a keeper !!!
Just how do ya justify a Bandmaster Reverb and a Super at the same time ????
Except for the rectifiers Bandmaster uses GZ34 the Super uses 5U4GB their pretty much the same amp.

+1

That SR uses a huge chunk of iron -- like a Bassman or a brownface Vibrasonic.

BB...Now that you have a Super Reverb there is no turning back...although I do like the sounds from my revamped Bantam Bass Amp...once you get a Super Reverb all others pale in comparison...IMHO :!: :!: :!:

Congrats on the score.

I'm lov'n it more every minute !
It has the original power and preamp tubes< i'm sitting here wondering what fresh 6L6GC's will do, and I just happen to have a few laying around.

It does have its own voice

Thankfully I don't have to make any fast moves on getting rid of anything right now, three weeks ago i wouldn't have had the very low dollars it took to take it home.

The guy out of the blue dropped his price like 40% and so, here I am sitting at the county jail waiting on a client and checking Craigs list and I about dropped the phone,
I call and the guy says someone is coming to get it in the morning, I said I have cash and can get it tonight, a 40 minute trip later and I'm in the guys living room and plugged into the amp.
Get it while its hot !!!!

I have yet to pull them from the Chassis
Been crazy busy with a huge Tube purchase I made yesterday.

Spent two days so far with the whole family cataloging and researching, 90% of the lot was JAN spec stuff using the less common but far simpler four digit # system.

I have only plugged into the Super maybe four times and only for brief moments :(

Oh and the old Baldwin organ I've been scraping for tubes amps etc......
The speaker had holes in the cone :( :( :(

Oh and lets not forget my real job, lots a folks heading off to jail due to lots of last minute partying before heading back to school so..........
I have been a busy boy !!!!
