From another amp board. Rotates 360-degrees. And if you aren't fixing amps, you can hang exercise weights on it. :lol:

Very impressive. Need spare metal braces, round side pieces, and some welding equipment.

T2, nope. Side plates that have adjustable arms to hold the chassis. The whole assembly can rotate around pivot screw in center and is held by thumb screw at top. Pretty ingenious design. Lots of room to work. Very stable (understatement of the year).

Here's the final product. Based on Dynaco Mark 3, 60 watt amp.

Steve...the different angle photo and explanation makes perfect sense now. Seems that would make it much easier, since you could angle it for soldering into certain areas. Cool.

Nice amp, almost as nicely done as a Hiwatt when it comes to chassis wiring!

We use similarly designed rotating board holders where I work. It sure makes it easy to switch sides when troubleshooting.
