" PICTURES ONLY * Surround your Axes w/Favorite VINTAGE AMPs. "

To be fair, nowhere does the original title say it HAS to be YOUR equipment. :D

In most of my pics you can see the amps and guitars in the same place in the living room, here's a '59 "Thin Skin" AVRI with a '62 Vibrolux and an original '63 Reverb unit.

You're pissing in the wind, Rick.

There is no gear, there are no pics.

Only a hallucinating excretavore and his keyboard.

Shimmy, LOL! Maybe problem exists between keyboard and brain? It's ok to have fantasies. We all do. Just own-up to them. No?

Now, no one ask me about mine.

Rebel, awesome collection. Love those "brownies." I mean, not that the BF are all bad. You have any Tele's, per chance? :)

Thanks BMW!
you know,I've never owned a Tele...I'm just a Strat freak...my brother in law had a very nice one from the early '60s and I played it some but just never bonded, for years I just played a ,77 Les Paul Custom, but the Strat bug got me again and I came back to Fender about 20 some odd years ago!

Mine is a '69. If you recall my amp from my first thread here you will see the back on mine is full but would likely run much cooler with a short back like on your amp. See here.

Arc. Interesting of note, when I first purchased the amp, I discovered it was the
71st Showman Reverb made, according to serial numbers ~ whatever,
it was built probably in during the first month in 1968. No biggie there.

But, and I have my notes somewhere, I remember someone stated that the ultra very
first Showman Reverbs, maybe the first production run or even earlier, had the
reverb tank mounted on the bottom and had the short back-panel. Who knows.

Now, rather true or not, I have been searching early Showman Reverbs with earlier
serial numbers than mine. But have not noticed any as of yet. Interesting stuff.
Also, that person stated that the ultra first Showman Reverbs had something desirable
circuity wise. Anyway, now that my memory is jogged, I will try to research my notes.
