You have got to be craping me, twelve posts in a row? And WE are shucking and jiving?
Man you have got to find a real hobby, say like learning to actually play your guitar...or how about a family photo of all that gear? By the way I contacted the seller of that microtonal guitar...hmmm...he says it was NOT sold to someone in California...please explain that one?

You can forget about those photos, Tony. That's because they're aren't any. Neither is there any gear. What we seem to have here is an auto-fellating poseur with above average typing skills. I need to call my buddy Skip Simmons......

Above average typing skills? Nope...saw a chimp do the same stuff and it was way more intelligent!

Ok. This is starting to sound, at least, one standard deviation from the norm.

Arjay, I suppose auto-fellatio requires a bit of "dexterity" most of us don't have. Is that kinda like barring two strings with your index finger? Or playing double stops by muting the "un-sounded" strings?

I'm trying hard to keep this thread in the actual realm of guitars and amps. (I know, I know--- it's an impossible task) :)

Topp, back to that micro-tonal guitar...

"I got it for a decent price. It's missing the manual that describes the
special tuning."

http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/n48 ... 60_571.jpg

How is it you need "special tuning?" It just has extra frets. But, still has the same standard 6-string layout. Unless you are going to do a lot of slide work or something like that. Of course, you wouldn't need extra frets for that.

Thanks!

Not magical at all. In fact I'm unhappy that I cannot locate
the manual that ships with the neck. They sell the necks for $500(+)
and also complete electric guitars, all with a beginning manual that
describe the philosophy of the guitar and the structure of the notes.
I have chatted with the owner of the retail shop or manufacturer,
but communication is vague.

It has not arrived, yet. I've noticed some websites that focus on
microtonal music and services. This is a project and I know littl
about what it is musically and how it will sound.

But magic it is not. I suspect hard work and a new learning curve.
