Yep,an Arjay original, better than current production! :D I would be glad to have one anyday!!

Wait a moment!
You don't think that a false audience
receiving false Fender tones
from a false Fender amp is fraud?
Deceiving the public?

Getting audiences' ear-drum muscle memory thinking that false equals truth?

Even fewer actually have the talent or the balls to get up on stage and entertain an audience while getting paid to do so......

Good to see you on the stage playing and enjoying yourself :D

Arjay

I think we only have a few people here who do play live for a paying audience,I know most of the folks in the Fender Lounge and Strat forum, seem like beginners....most of the geezers here either are playing,or are veterans of being onstage.
that's what I like about you Bro.RJ...you get up there and do it,and probably like me,never want to stop! :D

Hey Topp...like Arjay said, post some pics of your amps in action onstage...here's me playing through my '67 Vibrolux Reverb, you can see it in front of the other band's amps that sounded like Mississippi mud when they played...the Vibrolux sang sweet and clear!

Hi, Rebel. Very nice picture. Thank you for sharing.
Is your Vibrolux Reverb mic'd?

You look good on stage! No tuxedo?

Yeah, the VR was miked at this venue, the sound guys like to mic the amps and drums...they do a good job.
Most of the time we don't mic them because the places are rather small,we use several different amps depending on the club, but the Vibrolux is a good amp to crank up to about 5 or 6 and get's some great tones....for years my trusty '66 Deluxe Reverb was my go to amp,but the VR stays a little cleaner before it starts to crunch....I don't use pedals anymore, just plug straight in.

Left the tavern-bar scene a few years ago. Does Church, Peace demonstrations, and Folk fests still count ? Hey come-on, take my picture!(just don't have the following, I guess) Does acoustic count? Yeah, pickin', playin', and singin' for folks is the real deal !!! Actually, been pressing the electric stuff into service quite a bit lately, at church. Guess that's as good a place to burn those RCA's. Art........Reb, forgot to say that's, "very cool"!!! And Arjay, dig that axe!!!

Thanks Art!
And yep, anywhere you play live music is cool...we've been trying to get people around here to be better at supporting live music,it seems there's not enough interest at times nowadays.
