Thanks, ArcNSpark!
Are the tag board, eye-lit board and bread board all the same?
Which is the board in the middle of the chassis?

Topp, you are correct. I call it a breadboard (more for DIY ppl), but it is a tagboard. It's the board that holds most of the resistors, capacitors, and other components of the amp.

Here's a photo of my 1962 Pro amp, showing the tagboard, bottom bell of the PT. And the position of the control pots: HTH!

To complicate the issue, you may also hear it referred to as "fiber" board. :?

Hold on now, for your amp tagboard, fiber board and eyelet board are the common terms. Don't go nutz about it. Some terms used are individual preference but by now I think you'r on the same page. You could even call it that black stuff with all the thingys on it and everyone here would likely know what you mean. It's cool bro.

Mother Bread Eye Fiber = Started to sound like the HHC Home Health Channel.
Thanks. I now better understand that anything mentioning "board"
will be the chassis's interior layout board.

Oh My Gosh!!! Did I invent another term = "Lay-Out" Board???
Yikes
