The spec resistors are 1/4 watt. Metal film or oxide will be fine.

If I'm not mistaken, the 1500 swamper resistors are 1/2 watt. Some rushing noise is to be expected with these old amps. Do you use the noise reduction circuit on the recorder? I found the use of high quality 7025's really help. If the noise is really bad, you might want to R&R the plate resistors. What are you using for the phase inverter tube? Art

I noticed they were little bitty guys.

I'll order up some tonight.

Phase inverter is a nice phillips 12AT7 I ran afew others in there also and no change.
