Ok I have a AMP that was hand built. Pretty much it's a point to point old tweed deluxe.12at7/12ax7/6v6/6v6/gz34. I spoke to the builder and he said I could swap the 6v6's for el34's. Has anyone tried this and if so how did you like it? How did it sound? I mostly use a L.P. with P-90's a Tele and a Gretsch sparkle jet. How would this change work with these guitars? HELP! anyone?

Sure you can put in EL34's in place of your 6V6's, but the outcome will be more like a Marshall's sound than a Fender's.

You would want to rebias the amp... 6V6s need more voltage than EL84s.
