Can you post some close-up pics of the cab's interior?

I would think Vox diagonal cloth would be pretty close. While not the exact pattern, I think the pattern would at least recall the original.

The baffle board had to be installed somehow. I wonder if it was just stapled or bradded into place?

Yes I saw Vox grille cloth but too expensive for a non original WEM grille cloth. I have a friend will give me grill cloth like S-G403 Salt & Pepper ,the one show at tubesandmore.

The baffle ; what you say is kind of usual installation but this cab is unusual . Inside the cab. the baffle look glued to the cab , outside I see nothing useful .

I post pictures , close-up

Apparently the cloth is glued to the exterior of the baffle board, then the piping is added to the edges to conceal the cut ends of the cloth and prevent fraying. Good luck with it -- looks like a real sonofabitch to replace.

I'll keep my eyes open for some appropriate replacement grill cloth, Stratele.

Also a logo for your cab.

Thank you very much Retroverbial. I appreciate your help.

I send also a post on some other forums about how to replace the grill cloth.

There are a corner, a molding outside and aroud the baffle and cabinet. This molding is between the piping an the cab sides. Possibly under this molding there is the "secret" of the gille cloth / baffle.
But the molding is covered by the tolex.

I try to do a sketch and post it.

There's one of these amps on Ebay right now -- apparently they do command a handsome price, likely due to their scarcity. I saw your post on the other forum site. I also took a fast look to see if there were any on-line resources for WEM amps. There are a few but they mostly provide historical background only -- no links to repro parts or the like.

That is a sketch of how is built the front of the cabinet/ baffle with a molding. Sure there is a molding over the bafle and grill colth.
Front cab side is thicker, wide ,than the side on rear view. Under the molding there should be some nails , tack ? to hold grill cloth , I'm not sure. It is a very cheap and fast made low cost cab.

Yes -- it looks like lapped joints at the corners, with internal gussets used to stiffen and provide a surface for screws to hold the pieces together. The glue-in baffle board provides additional structural rigidity. It's not as sturdy as a vintage Fender cab perhaps but it's likely strong enough to accomplish its task.

I found how to remove ; the plywood holding the grill cloth was glued to the baffle board. I managed to take off.
Now I just have to buy a piece of plywood an install a new grill cloth, with the piping I save if the new color grill cloth match with.

You might go the "silverface route" like Fender did and use velcro strips to attach the replacement grill frame. Thus, you could conceivably change the cloth rather painlessly if some of the original weave were to show up at some point.
