For big caps under the hood... I put teflon insulation on the (+) leads off the caps. And also tape the "hood cover" side opposite of where the (+) rail is loacted. This helps prevent the amp from shorting, even if some knucklehead grabs the top cover and tweaks or bends it. This works well with those big Spragues caps.

The two big Spragues got telfon insulation after the photo was taken. You can get the rolls from Parts Connexion:
