I'm troubleshooting a 74 twin reverb vibrato, I need to know what range of DC voltage should I see on the leg of the neon bulb side of the roach? Trying to figure out if it's the roach or circuit in front of it. I replaced it but put the new one in backwards the first time, may have fried the bulb. If I knew what voltages to look for I could figure out if its the roach or something further upstream. Thansk for any help and guidance, DB.
