Looking for a good book covering vintage Fender amplifiers. So, the questions is, if you were only buying one book which one would you get. Also, what's the best Guitar/Amp blue book for values?

As for fender amps i would say "The Soul of Tone" and pricing for music stuff, well any blue book is always over priced it's what dealers are selling them for what the actually value is i would say watch things on ebay it can give you a rough idea what people are willing to pay

No doubt about it. Nobody to date has ever exceeded the amount of research that Tom Wheeler conducted.

Soul of Tone hands down +10,000. I also have the Teagle & Sprung book which is good too, but the SOT is top shelf.

SOT has a few pictures that look like blown up thumbnails. It was only a few out of the dozens (hundreds?) of great photos. I can't imagine why they were included.
