hi guys, i posted earlier if anyone knew anything about a old carlton amp i picked up, ive been putting it aside for some time now but now ive decided im going to restore it nomatter how long it takes...

does anybody know any good websites i can get wiring diagrams from, the amp is between 20-30 watts out put, the valves are:

2x 6V6GT power tubes
1x ez81 rectefier tube
4x ECC83 pre amp tubes

the amp has 3 volume knobs, tremello, frequency, and another knob that i cant make out, it looks like it has 2 channells, it has 4 inputs, 1 mic, 2 instrument inputs and im not sure what the other input is

as i said before i cant post up pics as i dont have a photo bucket account so here is a link to a fb page with a few pics of it
http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set= ... 0637135927

this is a carlton amp, but even carlton dosnt know what it is so im guessing its a very early model of theirs...

it was in a combo type cabnet running 2x10 speakers, i have the speakers but the cones are trashed, im not sure of their ohmage... havnt checked that yet...

any help is welcome...

I don't have much to offer but from the pics, the amp seems to be a variation of the basic 5E3 circuit, with tremelo added.

Can you make out any of the EIA codes on the trannies or pots? How about the speakers -- any numbers visible on the frames or magnets?

the pots only say IMEG log/lin, nothing else, any markings on the spreker are long gone but i presume they are 8 ohm, there is writing on the front of the amp, but its rusted too badly to make out a model no.

fired it up just now on standby, seemed to work, all the heating elements in the valves worked...
