just got this old band master head. how do i find out how old it really is?

the serial number on the back right of the chassis is a "A xxxxxxx". You can look that up on the ne ot post them here. Also post the transformer numbers.They will most likely be a 606 xxx type number. Maybe and ink stamp on the back of the chassis too.
Does the Fender logo have a "tail" or not. Any aluminum trim around the grill cloth??

it looks the the r in fender has a longer tail, but im not sure. cant really fend any other info on it that would would tell me what year it was made

so it has no tail so im guessing it's from 1990 and in really bad shape

The serial number correlates to 1969 according to data found here......
