what is the correct bias in ma per tube for a vintage super reverb.Plate voltage is 460v and i am using GE 6L6GC tubes

The plate dissipation for 6l6GC's is 25 watts. 25 divided by 460 (your plate voltage) equals .054 so that means 54 milliamps is running them at 100%. If you multiply that by .7 ( 70% ) you will get .038 meaning 38 milliamps will be running it at 70%. You can bias them as low as your tastes prefer, but you shouldn't really push is past 70%, or in 38 mA per tube. Hope that helps.
