I have a '65 Bassman 2x12 enclosure with two non-Bassman speakers.

I want to sell it but I'm not sure where I should price it at.

The speakers say "Fender Musical Instruments Special Design Speaker" and the "137-8015 8 ohms 081810."

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Daniel

Your speakers were made by CTS in the 15th week of 1980 -- definitely not original to the cab. They are the correct impedance though so the enclosure may be regarded as "stock".

Check Ebay for recently-completed auctions of similar items -- the market makes the ultimate decision on value.

You might be wise to confirm your cab is in fact a Bassman prior to putting it up for sale by checking the spacing of the screw-in bushing on the top of the enclosure. The Bassman's should measure about 23.5", while the externally-similar Bandmaster's are 24.75" apart. These bushings accommodate the screw-in knobs used to secure the amp head to the cab when the tilt-back legs are used.
