The Pro Reverb did not even exist until 1965, with the first examples shipped to dealers in the early spring (hence the initial circuit's designation of "AB165").

Likely your amp dates to 1973, assuming that particular tranny is original to the chassis.

As for its worth, the amp will command whatever you can con from some hapless shmuck who seems to take an interest in it.
