I have a '76 deluxe. i also have an extension cabinet for it. i am wondering if anyone makes, or if it possible to put together, a switch that would allow me to switch between my internal speaker and my extension cabinet. the 2 speakers have different sounds and i like them each for different things. would such a setup have a detrimental effect on sound quality? any info or ideas are appreciated. thanks.

Yep - they can be expensive though at around $350.

I'm sure there are other switchers. Key is ensuring there's an appropriate speaker load on your deluxe at all times.

Or, set up the extension cab a few feet away, and use 2 mics.
