I'm in Alberta and the prices we pay are not always equal to what people pay south of the 49th but around here a BF Champ in great condition would fetch roughly $750 - 800 in a private sale. Slightly more in a store or on eBay. An early SF Champ in great condition would likely go for about $500 - 600 in a private sale. A later SF champ would go for about $400. Remember those are Cannuck bucks. eBay can be a good place to sell but it's almost always a lousy place to buy. The prices amps go for on eBay are usually higher than anywhere else.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
