I want to have my 65 Champ pimped out. She is all original and I plan on saving all of the parts. Any idea how much this job might cost? I want new caps, speaker, polarized plug, tubes, etc.. Thanks in advance to anyone who might help. I am now thinking I might leave it and buy a new fender tube if the cost is comparable.

If it's original and really a 1965 Champ, I'd be hesitant to mod up a perfectly good amp that could be collectible.

For $300, buy a used SF champ off ebay (same circuit, unchanged) and pimp that up. Or build/buy a tweed clone for something that really screams.
