Hi, please, could you enlighten and educate me as per usual?, I am learning! What is amp bias? and with a 76 twin, is there any back of the amp chassis adjustments that one can do to maintain amplifier integrity? thank you! Fender Forum

Bias is ajusting the power tubes ( 6L6 in Twin) to operate properly and safely and to have the best tone.
You need to check bias each time you replace power tubes
You need to mesure the courrant of the tube in milliamps when is idle.

I don't have shematic of this amp, but Silverface amp normaly, have only a "balance" pot.

You have always the same bias voltage but you can balance between tubes to matched them. That not bad but not complete ajustments
