Hi there folks, i just wanted to know if there will be a problem if i use both inputs of my bassman ten and twin reverb, e.j.

1.) NORMAL CHANNEL input 1 and 2 with a stereo delay pedal (Line6 echo park)

2.) Mic (sm57) and my stratocaster.

3.) i play a highway one with Humbucker (HSS) so im not sure where i have to plug it in... input 1 or 2??

can i damage my amps doing this?? if so please let me know.

thanks everybody ill be waitin for some usefull info cause i love my old fenders they are so clean and loud and i love that.

Cheers.

Back in the day when we were young we used to plug 4 guitars into one amp. Never had any issues. About 14 years ago I had a Blues Deville and took it to a jam session as a spare amp. Two guys plugged into it and it sounded great.

When I was a kid, we plugged two guitars and a mic into a Vibrolux Reverb, no problems at all.

Mmmmmmm .... Vibrolux Reverb .... love those. Arguably the holy grail of vintage Fender tone.

you won't have an issue, but you also will have no benefit of plugging both stereo outputs into the normal 1&2 channels - in fact, you may get horrible comb filtering. The stereo outs work great into 2 amps or into a stereo speaker emulator, but otherwise just plug the left or mono out into your amp and unplug the R output on your delay pedal.

Before I had a PA, we would run 2 guitars and 2 RS mics into my old Musicman 410 65 amp - no problems.

Arguably is right....depends on the player's idea of the holy grail. :D
My blackface DRs and Pro Reverb are approaching holiness. :D
