just finished re-capping my 67 twin and now i need to update the two prong ac cord to a three prong. i've seen two different diagrams for this. one still uses two terminals on the ground switch, the other bypasses the ground switch altogether. can someone tell me which one is correct? do we even need the ground switch with a 3 wire? hmmm. confused. thanks

Hi Strato, I used to leave the ground switch hooked up when changing power cables over to 3-prong. But now I bypass it, the on-off switch and fuse on the hot side. Art
