Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum. Anyway, I need some help on the manufactured year of my Concert amp. The paper with the tube layout says "AA763", which according to the Product Dating chart indicates 1951 January.... But according to fender-amp.com, the first Concert amps came out in 1960. Can anybody help sort this out for me???

The "AA763" is the schematic designation of the amp, not the date code. The date code is stamped and is only two letters (no numbers) on the tube chart. If you don't see one, another way to date the amp is to look on the transformer (the large black thing next to the tubes on the chassis) for a code. If you post this code, I can tell you how old the amp is from it.

Hi-Fi-guy-104,
Thanks, for the information. BTW, mine is an "NC" which was made in 1964 March. Actually, I first thought it was a 1973...so I was almost a decade off my first guess. Thanks for the info.
