Post subject: My Reverb jest quit working.....

Hey, guy's my Reverb, on my Delux Reverb Amp. jest quit working, the Amp. is only 9 mounts old, it is a reissue of the 1965 Amp. What do I do..?? is there a Reverb tube that might have went out...?? Or..?? does any one have a suggestion..??
HELP...... !! The Amp. play's fine, jest no Reverb now.

I'm not positive but I believe the Reverb is tube driven. I'd check all the obvious first. tank connections, footswitch etc. Make sure nothings loose. Tubes also work themselves loose too.

Well I checked all the things that might be louse, an found and found every thing good, so I called a place where they work on them an he said to tip it an see if it hollers, Well I did that I bumped it....An guess what.? it hollerd so I seen then that It hadent died, so I pluged my American Delux Tele. guitar in, an it played perfect, Reverb,...Works fine... Thanks any way guy's for the info......Howie.

Glad to hear your amp is working again. In the future, if that happens again, there are a few things to check. Tube 3 in your preamp section is a reverb send tube, tube 4 is a reverb return/mix tube, and the small angle transformer in between them is the reverb transformer. If after checking all this, your reverb still isn't working, double check to make sure the tank is plugged in :lol:
