I recently acquired a FENDER Twin reverb from my father in law. I've dated it at 1969 from the transformer. It 's got the black face plate. But what confuses me is it has no Fender Logo badge on the front grill cloth (perhaps its simply missing) instead all it has is this small square JBL badge in the lower right corner.

I've been unable to find anything like it on the internet. No pictures of a fender twin with a JBL logo. I did find a guy on ebay selling a JBL badge reproduction, that is identical to what I have. He states its from a Fender amp but has no more details. Has anyone come across this or have a clue.

For info. The speakers inside the TWIN look to be oxfords (12"). But have no markings to identify. They do not look like the JBL speakers for sale out there on Ebay.

Thanks[/img]

You could buy Twins with JBL's in them. The speakers may have been replaced in yours.
