I just got the above mentioned amp as my first tube amplifier. However, I think it has some problems. Firstly, sometimes when I play anywhere above Volume 2, my bass notes cause a very loud rattling noise coming from the right side of the amp.

Also, the footswitch (which was a replacement for a wrong footswitch) doesn't seem to work. It won't turn the Vibrato off.

Finally, sometimes the Reverb doesn't seem to work (I am in the correct channel) could this be related to the footswitch problem?

There are some new developments with the problem

Whenever I first turn on the amp, the rattle does not occur. However, after I play for a little while, it starts to get worse and worse.

And I still don't understand why, regardless of footswitch activity, the reverb will only work sometimes.

wow dude is this new?
the reverb and tremolo are most likely the foot switch reverb should work w/o foot swithc
tremolo is a reverse tipside wiring try swiching foot switch plugs if this doesn't work you need a new foot swicth
trhe low rumble is also simple .
take off the wheels and put the amp on the floor tilted up turn down the bass!it doesn't need to be above 5.

could the tilt back legs be shaking?
or the speaker on the left side needs tightened
if you do tighten the speaker be careful not to over do it
it should be finger tight then 1-2 turns beyond
or you wil bend the speaker frame( I did it and to recone a speaker costs around 50-100 dollars.

It's not the legs. When you say tighten the speaker, do you mean tighten the screw that hold it on?
