Anyone familiar with this pedal? Where would the owner find the electrolytic-Mercury solution to fill the reservoir?

Thanks!

Uh......at an EPA Superfund toxic clean-up site?

That stuff has probably been banned for decades.

You dont want to work w/ it.
Easier/cheaper to sell the pedal than pay to dispose of it.

I would hate to pay that price for an item that may not be able to be fixed......I guess it could look cool on your shelf.

on the plus side, it was built a few miles from my home. I forgot about rowe/d'armond being here. the old building still stands I believe. last time I drove by the sign was still on the building.

It's an orphan, much like Fender's Dimension IV device from the '60s that was filled with carcinogenic oil.

There's only so many "lost puppies" you can find, Steve. Give it back to the customer and tell him to dump it.

I told him to keep it, as a museum piece. The wah-wah portion still works. No tremolo or volume surfing.

Thanks, all!

:)

The kindest thing you could do, Steve.
