Hello
First of all I would like to tell everyone how much I enjoy this forum. I have found this to be a valuable source of information.
I am refurbishing my 1975 Silverface Twin Reverb and I am in need of some replacement parts. Can any of the members tell me where I might find a source of original or newly manufactured back wood panels for my amp. Also I am still looking for a replacement faceplate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. John

Faceplates show up on ebay occasionally. like this one:

Mojotone has replacement back panels, but I suspect you could find them from other amp cabinet makers as well.

......Or fabricate them yourself. Rear panels for the '74 and later Fender combos are among the easiest parts to make. All that's needed is some ¼" pine plywood, black Tolex, and DAP contact cement. A couple of hours at most.

And while you're waiting for the contact cement to cure before applying the tolex you can change the front panel. A win-win scenario.
