You could have a problem with V1 or V4.
But since it was shipped, you could have shipping damage. Or it never worked properly before it was shipped.
Let me ask a couple questions.
Does the hum change with volume?
Does it happen on both channels?
Is it there when you plug your guitar into the effects return jack?

Just to be sure... we are talking Dual Pro amp of the 1990s. And not the Dual Pro Amp of the 1940s?

Thanks!

Has the amp ever been serviced? You may need new main power unit filter caps.

I'd first try cleaning all of the tube sockets, potentiometers, jacks, reverb connections, etc with a good contact cleaner. Apply a little and work it in well, to clean and lubricate the connections. I like Deoxit D100.

Good luck!
