Episode on Air Asia crash in 2014. Six months after Malaysian Air MH370 went missing.

Faulty rudder limit control circuit due to cold solder on circuit board tracing (RoHS). Good Lord! Modern circuit problems hit the airline industry?

Yes, it has also killed a couple satellites. Apparently, it grows crystal filaments in the vacuum of space..

Probably also why they can't seem to land a Mars rover where the Martians are!

All they ever photograph are piles of rubble and dunes of dust.

They'd be better off using a Land Rover! That shite goes anywhere! And if they sent up a Land Rover transformer.....it'd be able to fight any uppity Martian's as well as drive all around.
