Hi Guys
Does anyone know if Fender made Blackface Bassman piggybacks for the European marked back in the 60's?
I found a 65 Bassman (in Denmark) that has a 230V powertransformer and I'm trying to find out if it's been modified with a new powertransformer. If so chances are that other things have been tampered with...

Regards Martin

The schematic for the AB165 Bassman lists an available power transformer for export models. If yours is a factory original it will be stamped with Fender P/N 125P7DX along with the customary 606-xxx EIA date code.
